DocumentBoost provides AI-powered document automation tools, including form filling and PDF field creation capabilities. The Service is provided on a usage-based pricing model.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DocumentBoost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Documents you upload and create remain your property.
6. Payment and Billing
Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocumentBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
