DocumentBoost
Platform Brief for Registered Investment Advisors
Date: May 25, 2026
Ref: DB-2026-RIA
Preamble
Whereas,
the AI document brain for your RIA — pre-loaded with every form you use, every client you have, every doc you've ever filed — integrated with the platforms you already pay for.
Now, therefore, the parties agree to the following terms:
For RIAs evaluating document infrastructure
Article I — Recitals
Whereas the parties acknowledge that
- § 1.01A ten-advisor RIA serves two hundred to five hundred households and re-keys the same client data into dozens of forms each year.
- § 1.02Eighty percent of subscription documents, KYC packets, and trust paperwork still arrive as flat PDFs.
- § 1.03Manual operational capacity is the binding constraint on firm growth; a ninety-thousand-dollar analyst handles roughly thirty additional households.
- § 1.04Generic AI tooling does not understand sub-docs, K-1s, account transfer forms, or the difference between a grantor trust and a custodial account.
Article I.6 — Design Partners
Firms collaborating on the v1 product. Placeholder names while we finalize disclosure permissions.
- Lafayette Standard Partners
- Hawthorne Capital
- Westbrook Advisory
- Ferncliff Wealth
- Beacon & Pine
Names shown represent design partners under NDA during v1 development; logo placement will follow written authorization.
Article I.5 — Parties Beneficially Interested
Party of the First Part
For wealth management teams
Whereas the advisor requires a single workspace for households, entities, documents, and AI-assisted form completion — the advisor app delivers:
- Firm-wide document brain with retrieval and citations.
- Per-household relationship graph and attribute history.
- Guided Fill copilots for sub-docs and KYC packets.
- Team management, compliance audit, and usage reporting.
Party of the Second Part
For families and clients
Whereas the household requires transparency on what the firm holds and a calm place to act on outstanding requests — the client portal delivers:
- Read-only family graph and attribute history on file.
- Household-scoped document library, searchable in plain English.
- Ask-AI affordances limited to the household's own records.
- One sign-in, multiple linked households when applicable.
Article II — Provisions
